Reply & bounce triage — replies, unsubscribe requests, spam-filter challenges, and information requests — will surface here once the Microsoft Graph mailbox connection is configured (a one-time Azure app registration). The outbound side (sending, open/click/unsubscribe tracking) is fully live.
